We had an accepted offer on MLS of $245,000 for a property that had an ARV of $350,000.
Through our network, someone referred us a buyer and we assigned the deal for $10,500 (which we split with the referrer).
This whole process only took 2 weeks! The end investor ended up renovating the property and selling.
