St Albert - Agreement For Sale

We partnered with an investor and had an accepted offer through a realtor on this property. Instead of doing the renovation project ourselves, we partnered with another investor contractor and held the financing for the mortgage.

 

The investor contractor came in, renovated the project, and sold for a profit after paying us a $30,000 fee + interest payments.

 

Everyone made a profit and was excited to do another! Check out the transformation!
